What a breath of fresh air
July! Things finally slowed down! 🥳
I helped lead a 4-week class through our local school community program. I took a vacation. We enjoyed some fireworks. Bookstores asked for restocks. 😍
Can’t ask for much better.
The class was fun. We had a solid group of kids, one of which was my friend’s kiddo, so it was cool to see her in her element. The other author I co-lead with brought new experiences to the table and a different viewpoint on life, which made our interactions new, fun, and exciting. I loved meeting the other guest authors, and I think overall, we just had an enjoyable time. I’d 100% do it again.
Vacation was AMAZING! 🥰
It’s hard for our kiddo to travel, and they did great. We soaked up every second we got. I took a million pictures. Life was well spent and so beautiful.
I have two events in August, so I’ll start prepping for those soon, but otherwise, I’m just taking it slow and enjoying every bit of summer sunshine and water I can!
