Will Moxxi be able to survive the backrooms?
Goosebumps meets Creepypasta in this YA mythological fantasy, travel with modern day Grim Reaper, Moxxi, as they embark on a search & rescue mission in a distorted realm for a lost soul and are forced to team up with unknown horrors like angsty teenagers and a five-year-old who definitely needs a nap.
Moxxi wonders if there is more to their existence than the lifelong task that has been imposed upon them by the Roman God of Death, Mors.
After taking a secret temporary reprieve of their duties, they find themself in a strange land filled with eternal names they don’t recognize. This lands them in a dizzying dream world where they spot the lost soul of a small child.
Knowing it’s their duty to help, they reach out to the wandering spirit, but no good deed goes unpunished. Soon they find all their powers have vanished and they’ve landed in a world that is clearly not controlled by any of the traditional pantheons.
