It hasn’t even been a month since I last wrote and, friends, it feels like it’s been a lifetime!
I might break these into their own posts (because wow, is there so much to tell!), but here’s the short list of what has been going on in less than 30 days . . .

Seriously, peeps, November was crazy pants. Good thing there wasn’t a major holiday mixed in there, too 😉. (Which, by the way, was all things good and lovely and heart filling.)

🥳🥳🥳LEGACY ACADEMY TURNED ONE!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!🥳🥳🥳
On November 20th, the first release of my debut novel came into existence (and promptly turned disasterous😆😅). The good, successful release followed nine days later.
I debated celebrating on the 29th instead of the 20th, but it’s important to embrace the entire process and not just the good parts – so that’s what I did. There’s an hr long YouTube segment on the highs and lows of my first year out on my channel, too, if you’re interested. It has been more than I could have ever thought possible with some serious emotional challenges. Books, man. They get to you.
But yeah, Waukesha was GREAT!🎉 Teslacon was unimaginable🤯
We launched a YouTube channel and have weekly 15-minute interviews with emerging authors that you should go check out!🎙️
I’m going to be in a new bookstore close to home 🤩 starting in January and I think they wrote me the nicest letter I’ve ever read to tell me about it. Honestly, I cried.🥰
AND BOOK 3 HAS A FIRST DRAFT DONE!!! YAYYYYYY!!!🎉🎉🎉 Lena’s story is coming to an end, ya’ll. Get ready!!💕
OHHH!!! X3!!! I did the coolest thing this past month too!! (Outside of all the other cool things!!)
I met with a local high school writing group and got to chat with them a bit about being an author and writing and anything else they wanted to chat about. They were such amazing and wonderful people!! It was my absolute honor to be there! Probably the most fulfilling event I’ve ever done, which is a hard feat after Teslacon.
Guys, this year is almost over and life is at a climatic high!!
